Comment by Drakknfyre on T15:43:39-05:00įrom what I'm reading from actual players, this is a load of horsecrap. The social contract was the first half of the measure.Īlert reporters and thank them for their help managing the community-space. Same level of info, no usernames just “Hey, thanks for reporting, we took action” on login randomly. I’d like to see an Overwatch-esque “thank you for reporting, who took action” system baked into WoW (retail and classic) Total Exploitative WoW Account Actions in July 2023: 116921Ĭould ban that many accounts in a single day just on Classic Era realms if one guy just checked EPL. let it be a lesson to you.you get caught, you pay the price. Im pretty sure that the ban was a culmination of both bots and players. If you tried contacting a GM to appeal, it will fall on deaf ears as you was caught and there will be 0 attempts at reinstating your account. Sounds like it is working as intended if you have to self censor whatever you said. Is this supposed to make us feel better? Comment by Sarlacc on T14:48:41-05:00 Got a 16 day suspension for telling healers to press their effing heals instead of and throwing matches, they auto close the ticket with no response or care in the world. Blizzard customer service is non existent. No point in appealing anything if you do happen to get banned. The fact that they ban somewhere in the realm of an eighth of a million bots EVERY MONTH is so staggering to me. Who was the main target of this? Botters? Or people in the arena community (cough dekel cough) cheating via scripts? Comment by DreadfuryDK on T14:09:08-05:00
